About the Role

Join a Cybersecurity & Data Protection teamfocused on preventing sensitive data leaks across complex enterpriseenvironments.

As a DLP Functional Administrator you will play akey role in ensuring the efficiency reliability and continuous improvementof the Data Loss Prevention (DLP) platform working closely with engineeringteams production teams and business stakeholders in an internationalsetup.

Key Responsibilities

Incident & SupportManagement

• Analyze and manage DLP incidents and potential data leaks
• Provide 2nd-level support to end users
• Coordinate with production teams to resolve technical issues

Access & RoleManagement

• Manage user roles and permissions within the DLP platform
• Perform annual access reviews to ensure compliance

Change & PlatformEvolution

• Lead platform changes and improvements (from minor updates to major initiatives)
• Manage the lifecycle of enhancements and upgrades

DLP Policy Management

• Translate business needs into functional requirements
• Design implement test and optimize DLP policies
• Conduct regular policy reviews and fine-tuning

Procedures &Compliance

• Maintain and update functional procedures
• Ensure alignment with security standards and compliance requirements

Problem Solving &Continuous Improvement

• Identify root causes of incidents and drive resolution
• Propose improvements and contribute to technology watch

Stakeholder &Client Interaction

• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business users
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders
• Gather and prioritize user needs

Technical Skills Required

• Strong understanding of IT systems architecture (networks servers applications)
• Knowledge of ITIL practices (Incident Problem Change Management)
• Familiarity with security components (firewalls proxies databases servers)
• Experience in IT security environments with a risk & compliance mindset
• Ability to analyze system impact and manage platform changes
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
