Job Summary
We are working with a school who are recruiting for a meticulous and strategic School Data Manager to join a large Outstanding secondary academy in Central Birmingham. This is a full-time role starting in April 2026 initially on a temporary basis with a clear view for a permanent contract from September.
The Role The successful applicant will lead the schools data function ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the Management Information System (MIS) primarily SIMS or Bromcom. Key responsibilities include managing the census producing high-level attainment reports for the SLT and overseeing the tracking of student progress. We are looking for a professional with a pioneering spirit who can translate complex data into actionable insights for teaching staff.
