- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) calendar management tools project management software and district systems such as eFinance eSchoolPlus Applicant Tracking System and Laserfiche.
- Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication including the ability to draft professional correspondence reports and presentations.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage complex schedules coordinate high-level projects and facilitate effective communication across departments.
- Experience handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity.

Salary Range (based on experience) as set by the Board of Trustees for the school year.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Officer for School Leadership / Associate Superintendent including calendar management scheduling and meeting coordination.
- Draft edit and prepare professional correspondence reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders including the Texas Education Agency campus leaders and Board members.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of district policies procedures and best practices.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage and analyze data including the use of formulas pivot tables charts and data visualization tools.
- Monitor and reconcile departmental budgets staffing allocations and expenditures.
- Coordinate and manage high-priority projects including preparation for school board meetings and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare and submit Board agenda items in accordance with district guidelines.
- Process public information requests accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist in planning and executing district-wide and departmental events.
- Maintain confidential employee records and ensure compliance with data privacy standards.
- Manage inventory budget allocations and procurement processes.
- Maintain effective working relationships with district personnel campus staff parents and the general public.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and uphold a high standard of confidentiality.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Chief Officer for School Leadership / Associate Superintendent.
