Purpose:

Provide assistance to operations departments and on special projects.

You will be responsible for:

In accordance with all applicable federal state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson procedures and guidelines this position:

Prepares Change Notice Forms (CNs) to change engineering documentation.
Enters information as required by engineers.
Follows all safety policies and other precautions within the companys work area
Complies with security policies and procedures.
Ensures compliance with Environmental Management System (EMS) responsibilities.
Other responsibilities may be assigned and not all responsibilities listed here may be assigned.
Assist engineers in carrying out studies.
Follow EES and J&J Records Management Policies for Convenience Information Records Retention
Scheduling Training and Education Document Retention Notifications Records Cleanup Inactive
Records and Information Management Vital Records and Third Party Provider if apply.
Is responsible for communicating business-related issues or opportunities to the next management level.
For those who supervise or manage personnel they are responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources necessary to do so are available and in good condition if necessary.
Apply Is responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal State and Local company regulations policies and procedures.
Performs other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications / Requirements:

High School or Equivalent Technical Career.
Proficient in English language
Fluent English (spoken and written) REQUIRED.
Candidate will interact on a daily basis with stakeholders and teams who speak English only therefore advanced fluency in English is essential.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English including the ability to participate in meetings document processes and communicate effectively with English-speaking teams.
Experience using manufacturing or engineering systems such as Adaptive and/or Windchill (highly preferred).
Lean Certification (Preferred)
Knowledge and skills to satisfactorily carry out the responsibilities of the position.
6 to 8 years of experience related to the position OR Professional career completed or close to completion (Preferred)
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) / ISO Use of PC Word Excel PowerPoint
