Hellingly Community Primary School is looking for an enthusiastic and
experienced Teaching Assistant 3 to join our team working across the whole
school. You will need to be able to work well in a whole class or small group setting
and will have the initiative to support childrens learning journey.
Are you able to:-
Undertake practical supervisory and support work in order to assist teachers
in delivering quality learning to pupils
Engage individual pupils and small groups in identified learning programmes
eg phonics reading spelling handwriting/presentation maths social skills and
behaviour
Manage pupils in accordance with behaviour programmes
Assist pupils with personal and medical care routines
Ideally applicants would hold the Teaching Assistant 3 qualification.
The role will be from 8:45am to 3:15pm Monday to Friday including playtime break
duties and MDSA duty to start as soon as is a fixed term contract until 22nd July 2026.
