Your Mission Were thrilled to introduce a key role that connects our cutting-edge technology with the regulatory and utility landscape across Europe the Grid Compliance & Utility Liaison Manager - Europe. Curious what this is all about Lets dive right in:
Process and manage regional service orders ensuring accuracy and clear communication with internal teams and customers.
Confirm the availability of service products and resources with various internal departments and promptly escalate any potential delays.
Provide support to the Service Product teams in their daily operational activities.
- Maintain and update service order contract and customer information within the CRM system ensuring data consistency.
- Assist with contract registration workflows within the CRM.
Your profile

Currently enrolled in Technical Business or Economics studies with a genuine interest in service sales and the renewable energy market.
Possess strong coordination communication and organizational skills to manage multi-regional service orders effectively.
Demonstrate a proactive friendly and hands-on attitude coupled with attention to detail ownership and independence.
Capable of solving problems efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working confidently in a multicultural and cross-functional environment.
English C1 and Chinese C1 are required.
