Job Description
As a Security Officer - Hospital Rounds in Plaistow NH you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer supporting a busy healthcare location. You will conduct routine rounds stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents and respond to calls with calm professional communication and customer service. You will also document observations assist staff and visitors and support a respectful environment through teamwork and integrity backed by our agile reliable and innovative culture that puts people first.

What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service to staff patients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities in a healthcare location.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including de-escalation contacting emergency services and/or requesting additional support as needed.
- Conduct regular and random foot patrols of assigned areas including entrances corridors parking areas and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
- Monitor access points visitor flow and restricted areas assisting with directions and reporting suspicious activity hazards and/or maintenance issues through proper channels.
- Complete shift logs incident reports and activity documentation and communicate observations and handoff information to oncoming personnel and site leadership.
Minimum Requirements:
- Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
- Have at least 2 years of service in a healthcare or medical-related field.
- Be able to meet hospital vaccine requirements.
- Be able to work in a hospital morgue environment.
- Be able to restrain individuals as required.
- Be 21 years of age or older.
- Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
