DescriptionThis role is accountable for delivering a single integrated view of demand supply inventory and financial performance across regions. A primary responsibility is the design and execution of the Executive Level SIOP as the central decision-making forum for the Building Automation CEO and BA Leadership Team consolidating and leveraging regional executive SIOP outcomes. The role also oversees global demand planning the effective use of Kinaxis and the development and continuous refinement of the Honeywell Automation Level Global Design Models.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
Executive SIOP Leadership
- Design lead and continuously improve Executive Level SIOP as a structured insight-driven decision forum for the BA leadership team.
- Integrate regional executive SIOP outputs into a cohesive global view highlighting key risks opportunities and required decisions.
- Drive scenario analysis and clear recommendations to support informed trade-offs across revenue margin service and inventory.
Global SIOP / IBP and Demand Planning
- Own the global SIOP / IBP framework including governance cadence inputs/outputs and decision rights.
- Lead global demand planning including segmentation statistical forecasting and consensus processes.
- Improve forecast accuracy and bias through disciplined processes robust analytics and consistent standards.
Kinaxis and Global Design Models
- Champion Kinaxis as the core platform for demand and related planning processes.
- Lead the creation deployment and evolution of the Honeywell Automation Level Global Design Models to standardize planning enable end-to-end visibility and support scenario planning.
- Ensure planning configurations data and models remain aligned to business strategy portfolio evolution and network changes.
Business and Financial Integration
- Partner with Finance to translate SIOP / IBP and Executive SIOP outputs into clear financial implications.
- Connect planning decisions to revenue margin cash and inventory targets ensuring alignment with AOP and STRAP.
- Support regular forecasting cycles with an integrated model-based planning perspective.
Global Leadership and Change Management
- Lead and develop a global team of SIOP / IBP and demand planning professionals.
- Drive adoption of common processes tools and models across regions reinforcing a strong planning culture.
- Partner closely with Commercial Supply Chain Finance and Product/Offering leaders to ensure effective execution of decisions.
QualificationsYou Must Have
- 10 years of experience in SIOP / IBP demand planning or supply chain planning in complex global organizations.
- 5 years of experience leading senior-level or global planning teams.
- Proven track record in designing and leading executive-level SIOP / IBP processes used as core decision-making mechanisms.
- Direct hands-on experience with Kinaxis in a leadership and/or transformation context.
- Strong expertise in forecasting analytics and scenario planning with demonstrated improvement in forecast and service performance.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment in a matrixed global environment.
- Excellent communication skills and executive presence.
Nice To Have
- Bachelors Or Masters degree (MBA or related field).
- Experience in building automation building technologies or industrial B2B environments.
- Experience leading Kinaxis-based global design model implementations or planning COEs.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
