Job Summary
W2 role - No Corp-to-Corp
Hybrid work - can take relo applicants.
- Preferred candidates have financial domain knowledge and hands-on experience with automation chatbot conversational AI and virtual assistant testing.
Job Summary:
- Lead and optimize test processes including defect management and reporting for virtual assistant and chatbot applications.
- Ensure test case alignment and obtain sign-off from business and technical stakeholders.
- Manage test execution promptly resolving or escalating issues that affect test plan progress.
- Design test data and ensure compliance with data requirements at all testing levels.
- Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies covering functional performance regression and exploratory testing.
- Oversee test case execution ensuring effective planning and adherence to schedules.
- Apply Behavior Driven Development (BDD) and Test Driven Development (TDD) methodologies.
- Utilize testing frameworks and tools specific to APIs NLP/NLU GenAI and chatbot testing.
- Work within Agile development environments and leverage DevOps tools such as ALM Octane.
- Design execute and manage test cases using tools like GitHub Copilot.
- Implement automation testing using tools such as Selenium Playwright and PyTest.
- Validate chatbot intents entities grammars and end-to-end workflows including fallback behaviors.
- Conduct API testing using tools like Postman.
