Memory Care Director - Senior Living
Full Spectrum Search Group is a full-service healthcare recruiting agency specializing in post-acute leadership and healthcare administration. We are seeking an experienced RN or LVNMemory Care Director in Campbell CA for one of our senior living clients.
Position Details
- Position Title: Memory Care Director

Qualifications
- Experience in memory care senior living SNF home health or hospice
- Strong leadership and team management experience required
- RN or LVN license preferred but not required
- Experience supervising caregivers and managing performance
- Ability to operate independently and take ownership of the department
- Strong communication skills especially with families and staff
- High emotional intelligence and ability to work in a dementia care environment
- Ability to quickly step into a leadership role with minimal ramp-up time
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of a 20-unit memory care program
- Lead coach and develop caregiving staff and support team members
- Manage staffing scheduling and on-call responsibilities as needed
- Provide ongoing training and performance management for caregivers
- Partner with families to ensure strong communication and satisfaction
- Collaborate with executive leadership and clinical teams across the community
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company protocols
- Monitor care delivery and address quality or performance concerns proactively
- Foster a positive team-oriented culture aligned with community values
