Key Responsibilities
-Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions for new and existing applications
-Develop and maintain training materials including user guides quick reference sheets videos and e-learning modules
-Customize training content based on user roles workflows and system configurations
-Conduct training needs assessments and recommend appropriate learning approaches
-Support application rollouts upgrades and system changes through targeted training initiatives
-Provide hands-on system demonstrations and facilitate interactive learning sessions
-Evaluate training effectiveness and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement
-Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on application functionality and workflows
-Collaborate with Health Services Health IT and vendor teams to align training with system capabilities
-Maintain training schedules attendance records and completion metrics
Required Qualifications
-Bachelors degree in Education Information Systems Healthcare Informatics Business or a related field (or equivalent experience)
-2 5 years of experience in application training software implementation or user education
-Strong presentation and facilitation skills for diverse audiences
-Experience developing training materials using tools such as PowerPoint LMS platforms or video authoring software
-Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear user-friendly manner
Skills &Competencies
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Strong organizational and time-management abilities
-Adaptability to different learning styles and technical skill levels
-Analytical mindset with attention to detail
-Ability to travel as needed for on-site training sessions
Working Conditions
-Combination of remote classroom and on-site training environments
-Occasional travel may be required
-May require flexible hours during system go-lives or upgrades
