Job Summary

Business Systems Developer (SharePoint / Power Platform / .NET)

Location: New York NY (Hybrid)

Compensation: $150000 $175000 Base Bonus Full Benefits

We are seeking a high-impact Business Systems Developer to help modernize and extend our SharePoint Online hosted intranet and enterprise collaboration ecosystem.

This role sits at the intersection of SharePoint engineering Power Platform automation enterprise integrations and development. You will partner directly with Firm leadership practice groups and IT stakeholders to translate complex workflows into secure scalable digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Build and enhance SharePoint Online solutions using SPFx TypeScript JavaScript (ES6) and React
Develop Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and Power Automate workflows
Build secure backend APIs using C# and (8)
Integrate systems using REST APIs and Microsoft Graph API
Work with Microsoft 365 services including Teams OneDrive Dataverse and Exchange
Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
Support Azure services such as Functions Logic Apps and App Registrations
Ensure secure scalable deployments following SDLC best practices
Collaborate directly with business stakeholders and IT leadership

Qualifications

3 5 years of SharePoint Online development experience
Strong SPFx development experience (TypeScript and React)
Hands-on Power Platform experience (Power Apps and Power Automate)
Experience building RESTful APIs and integrating Microsoft Graph
(8) development experience
Strong communication skills and ability to work with non-technical stakeholders

Preferred

Experience in professional services or BigLaw environments
Experience with legal platforms such as iManage
Microsoft certifications (PL-400 MS-600 Azure/M365)
