Job Description:
- Key Job Responsibilities: Lead technical design sessions and develop solution documentation for ServiceNow applications.
- Configure and enhance core and custom applications workflows and integrations.
- Identify opportunities for automation AI solutions and platform improvements.
- Manage platform upgrades including impact assessments and remediation planning.
- Perform day-to-day administration and resolve production issues.
- Provide mentorship to the ServiceNow support team.
- Support modules including ITSM ITBM ITAM and ITOM.
- Create and manage Business Rules UI Policies Client Scripts Notifications APIs and ACLs.
- Follow best practices for release management and source control.
- Manage multiple projects gather requirements and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Design data import/export integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
- Create dashboards and operational reports.
- Deliver user training and stay current with ServiceNow capabilities.
