Role: and nbsp;The Receptionist is the first point of contact for Peak Construction Group and plays a key role in supporting smooth day-to-day office operations. Working at our office in South Surrey this position and nbsp;is responsible for and nbsp;creating a welcoming and professional front-desk experience while providing administrative and office coordination support to the broader team. and nbsp;

- Front Desk and amp; Visitor Experience: and nbsp;Greet and welcome visitors clients and staff in a professional and friendly manner. Answer and direct incoming calls and general inquiries. and nbsp;Manage incoming and outgoing mail packages and courier requests ensuring and nbsp;timely and nbsp;distribution and dispatch. and nbsp; and nbsp;
- Office and amp; Inventory Management: and nbsp;Maintain and nbsp;inventory including branded items kitchen supplies office supplies and PPE. Ensure and nbsp;common areas reception boardrooms and kitchen areas are tidy and presentable. and nbsp; and nbsp;
- Office Coordination and amp; Services: and nbsp;Coordinate and nbsp;office services including coffee service water delivery and shredding services. Liaise with building management as and nbsp;required. and nbsp;Manage building access cards. and nbsp;
- Meeting and amp; Boardroom Support: and nbsp;Assist with meeting setup including room preparation and refreshments. and nbsp; and nbsp;
- Administrative Support: and nbsp;Provide general administrative support and and nbsp;assist and nbsp;with ad-hoc tasks and special projects and nbsp;which may include and nbsp;filing data entry and nbsp;proofreading updating documents and and nbsp;assisting and nbsp;with employee and nbsp;and corporate and nbsp;events. and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;
Required and nbsp;Experience and Qualifications: and nbsp;
- Minimum and nbsp;2 and nbsp;years and nbsp;experience and nbsp;in and nbsp;a reception and nbsp;administrative and nbsp;or customer service role and nbsp;required and nbsp;
- Experience working in a professional office environment and nbsp;is and nbsp;an asset and nbsp;

- Proficiency and nbsp;with Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel SharePoint) and nbsp; and nbsp;
