What youll do at Sol:
- Understand client business needs and drive identification and documentation of business and user requirements across multiple business units
- Conduct elaboration sessions and/or stakeholder interviews to identify and document user stories including high-level processes estimates and priorities
- Design and document workflows to understand current state processes and potential gaps
- Lead the solution design process and ensure business requirements are effectively translated into suitable solutions
- Configure new applications unit test custom features and demonstrate new features to end users
- Document new features and functionality create training materials and deliver training to end users
- Build and develop strong trusting long-term business relationships with clients with strong interpersonal skills and abilities
What were looking for:
- 5 years in management consulting with a focus on digital transformation
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in IT Computer Science Engineering Architecture or another related field (Technical BA) MBA preferred
- Proven ability to leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate business process modeling generate user stories analyze large documentation sets and prototype functional requirements for rapid stakeholder feedback.
- Experience in documenting and working withinlarge-scale and highly interconnected processes and teams spanning domestic and international operations
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite / Teams / 365 including PowerPoint and Excel with advanced analytical and communication skills via Office/Teams/365.
- Ability to speak comfortably in front of an executive audience and lead productive and pointed meetings among stakeholders
- Ability to quickly adopt potential client workplace communications and productivity platforms (e.g. Zoom Slack Google Workspace etc.)
