Operations Intern Tech

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and execution-focused Operations Intern to join our team. This is a hands-on role dedicated to supporting and enhancing our business operations through the effective use of technology.

The intern will be deeply involved in the practical aspects of our technology ecosystem including our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems business process automation workflow design and internal tools. This role is practical and demands a sharp focus on ensuring our systems are robust efficient and reliable for the end-users.

Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of the Operations Intern will be execution-heavy and centered on system quality assurance and enhancement:

Testing workflows automations and system processes across various business tools to ensure functional integrity.

Identifying and reporting bugs process inefficiencies and unexpected edge cases within live systems.

Documenting issues clearly and comprehensively including detailed steps to reproduce expected outcomes and observed discrepancies.

Assisting in the building modifying and maintenance of operational workflows and automation rules (e.g. triggered actions scheduled reports).

Supporting basic customization tasks which may involve low-code platforms scripting adjustments or configuration changes.

Validating data and functionality of system integrations including basic checks of APIs webhooks and third-party tool connections.

Assisting the team during system deployment cycles and performing post-deployment validation and quality assurance checks.

Maintaining clear up-to-date technical documentation for new processes workflow designs and system fixes.

Required Skills

Basic familiarity or strong interest in CRM systems or other structured business application tools.

Exceptional logical thinking and a strong problem-solving orientation.

Very high attention to detail and a methodical approach to testing and documentation.

Conceptual understanding of how systems connect including basic knowledge of APIs webhooks or automation tool logic.

Interest in low-code/no-code platforms or basic scripting (preferred).

Good verbal and written communication skills for reporting technical issues clearly and concisely.
