The Senior Manager Program Management is responsible for enhancing the online customer experience by ensuring endtoend item transactability fulfillment eligibility and operational readiness across Walmart Canadas eCommerce platform. As a subjectmatter expert in eCommerce fulfillment and item eligibility logic this role provides strategic guidance to partners across the business and identifies new opportunities to accelerate omnichannel growth. The Senior Manager partners closely with Merchandising Supply Chain Catalog Product eCommerce Operations and Technology teams to unlock online sales strengthen operational discipline and ensure items are correctly enabled throughout the end-to-end item lifecycle.
Working crossfunctionally the role drives efforts to expand and optimize assortment across all omnichannels by ensuring items are accurately configured and enabled for each applicable fulfillment channel. The Senior Manager leads the identification prioritization and resolution of systemic issues that impact item availability fulfillment eligibility and customer experience across digital and omnichannels.
The Senior Manager leads the strategic development and execution of initiatives that enhance customer experience and improve operational efficiency within storefulfilled and omnichannel models. The Senior Manager develops project roadmaps aligned to long term organizational goals and business OKRs and provides regular executivelevel progress updates to senior leadership.
