Are you passionate about helping people find the perfect vehicle Do you thrive in a fastpaced customerfocused environment Advantage Buick GMC Cadillac is looking for a motivated Automotive Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Hodgkins IL.
We are seeking candidates with prior sales or automotive experiencebut were also happy to train the right individual who brings strong communication skills a positive attitude and the drive to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly professional manner
- Learn and present vehicle features options and benefits across Buick GMC and Cadillac brands
- Guide customers through the entire sales process from initial contact to delivery
- Follow up with leads and maintain long term customer relationships
- Stay informed on current inventory promotions and financing options
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
Requirements
Preferred:
- Previous automotive or retail sales experience
Not required we will train the right candidate who demonstrates:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic and self motivated
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast paced environment
- Comfort using technology and CRM tools
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
