About the School
Northway is an outstanding special school in the LB of Barnet; we have both primary a secondary provisions based across three separate sites within the borough. This vacancy is for a class within our secondary provision based in Mill Hill East NW7 2BU. Northway has a bespoke curriculum based around developing childrens communication and independence skills.
About the candidate
We are looking for teachers that:
Have QTS
Have SEND experience or the want to develop skills and knowledge to support SEND pupils
Are dedicated to the welfare safeguarding and progress of every child
Are committed to providing outstanding learning experiences to develop communication and independence skills
Are able to remain calm and supportive under pressure
Can lead a team of to successfully support pupil needs
Are passionate creative and have excellent communication skills
Patience empathy and enthusiasm are a must!
