Sous Chef Pizza Restaurant (Fresh Dough)


Full Time 40 Hours

We are recruiting a Sous Chef / Pizza Chef for a busy high-volume pizza restaurant known for its fresh dough fast service and consistently great food.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on Sous Chef or an experienced Pizza Chef ready to step up who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen where quality and speed are equally important.


The Role

  • Supporting the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen

  • Preparing and cooking fresh pizza dough and ingredients from scratch

  • Maintaining high standards during busy service periods

  • Managing kitchen prep stock control and food safety

  • Helping to train develop and support the kitchen team


What Were Looking For

  • Experience as a Sous Chef Senior Chef de Partie or Pizza Chef

  • A background in fresh-food kitchens or pizza-focused restaurants

  • Confidence working in a fast-paced service environment

  • Strong organisation and kitchen leadership skills

  • A real passion for quality food and consistency
