Eduthing is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Advisor to join our growing sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a target-focused individual with a passion for education and a proven ability to generate revenue and build strong client relationships.
Youll play a key role in driving new business and managing customer accounts within the primary and secondary education sector working closely with school leaders and decision-makers.
This role is ideal for a proactive and positive individual who thrives in a fast-paced target-driven environment and is eager to contribute to both personal and team success.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and consistently achieve (and exceed) monthly sales targets
- Manage both inbound and outbound sales activity
- Make 50100 high-quality outbound calls daily maintaining over 2 hours of call time
- Build relationships with senior school stakeholders including Headteachers Deputy Heads and School Business Managers
- Maintain and manage a strong sales pipeline in line with forecasting expectations
- Respond promptly to enquiries to maximise sales opportunities
- Accurately update CRM systems and complete daily administration
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and clearly communicate key benefits
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings
- Support team initiatives campaigns and overall team performance
What Were Looking For
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Experience selling into the education sector (primary and secondary schools preferred)
- Confident communicator able to engage senior decision-makers
- Highly organised with strong pipeline management skills
- Resilient self-motivated and target-driven
- A positive team player who supports colleagues and contributes to team success
- Innovative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas and opportunities
- Comfortable using CRM systems and MS Office tools (Outlook Excel Word Teams)
- Basic understanding of SaaS or hosted solutions
