Job Summary

Eduthing is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Advisor to join our growing sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a target-focused individual with a passion for education and a proven ability to generate revenue and build strong client relationships.

Youll play a key role in driving new business and managing customer accounts within the primary and secondary education sector working closely with school leaders and decision-makers.

This role is ideal for a proactive and positive individual who thrives in a fast-paced target-driven environment and is eager to contribute to both personal and team success.

Key Responsibilities


  • Drive revenue growth and consistently achieve (and exceed) monthly sales targets
  • Manage both inbound and outbound sales activity
  • Make 50100 high-quality outbound calls daily maintaining over 2 hours of call time
  • Build relationships with senior school stakeholders including Headteachers Deputy Heads and School Business Managers
  • Maintain and manage a strong sales pipeline in line with forecasting expectations
  • Respond promptly to enquiries to maximise sales opportunities
  • Accurately update CRM systems and complete daily administration
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and clearly communicate key benefits
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings
  • Support team initiatives campaigns and overall team performance


What Were Looking For


  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience selling into the education sector (primary and secondary schools preferred)
  • Confident communicator able to engage senior decision-makers
  • Highly organised with strong pipeline management skills
  • Resilient self-motivated and target-driven
  • A positive team player who supports colleagues and contributes to team success
  • Innovative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas and opportunities
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and MS Office tools (Outlook Excel Word Teams)
  • Basic understanding of SaaS or hosted solutions

Additional Information


You will undergo a six-month probation period with regular reviews. Ongoing performance appraisals will be conducted annually to support your development and success.
