THE MISSION: 12 MONTHS OF ACCELERATED DEVELOPMENT
This is a high-performance journey designed to push you to your limits and beyond. Over 12 months you will gain hands-on experience in:
- Frontline Engineering: Real plant and heavy industrial site exposure.
- Deep Technical Mastery: Asset Performance Reliability Engineering and RCM strategy.
- Problem Solving: Root Cause Analysis and performance optimization projects.
- The Future: Digital analytics and engineering data interpretation.
- Mentorship: Direct guidance from senior engineers with quarterly performance tracking.
Requirements

Must-Haves:
- A completed BEng/BSc Engineering Degree.
- At least 1 year of relevant engineering experience.
- A valid drivers license.
- A "will travel anywhere" mindset and willingness to relocate.

Required Skills:
Requirements: BEng or BSc Degree or equivalent in electrical / mechanical engineering Professionally registered engineer certification will be advantageous. > 15 years of rotating equipment industry experience with a track record in solving complex problems on various types of rotating equipment sets such as steam turbines gas turbines pumps compressors & reciprocating engines. Proven track record in effective problem-solving capability within the various industries through project references Extensive experience in rotor dynamics and vibrations. Experienced in rotating equipment design and engineering analysis (CAD FEA etc.) Proficiency in relevant software and tools for data analysis planning and reporting. MS Office / Project / Google Skills & Knowledge: Design Knowledge of design techniques tools and principals involved in production of precision technical plans blueprints drawings and models. Engineering and Technology Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes applying principles techniques procedures and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services. Mechanical Knowledge of machines and tools including their designs uses repair and maintenance. Administrative Knowledge of administrative and drawing office procedures and systems such as word processing managing files and records stenography and transcription designing forms and workplace terminology. Building and Construction Knowledge of materials methods and the tools involved in the construction or repair of houses buildings or other structures such as highways and roads.
