Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Support the design promotion and implementation of customer service learning initiatives for railway operations
  • Assist in managing corporate-wide learning and development initiatives
  • Work closely with line management sub-contractors and external consultants/vendors to ensure the smooth implementation of training interventions
  • Participate in projects and assignments when required
Requirements
  • Degree in a related discipline
  • A minimum of 3 years experience of which 2 years should be in Learning and Development or Human Resources
  • Strong interpersonal communication learning agility and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on experience in various software applications such as PowerPoint Excel Canva and learning technology offerings
  • High level of proactiveness ability to work under pressure and commitment to timeline
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
