Senior Learning & Development Executive (RefL)
Job Summary
- Degree in a related discipline
- A minimum of 3 years experience of which 2 years should be in Learning and Development or Human Resources
- Strong interpersonal communication learning agility and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience in various software applications such as PowerPoint Excel Canva and learning technology offerings
- High level of proactiveness ability to work under pressure and commitment to timeline
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
Applications
- Support the design promotion and implementation of customer service learning initiatives for railway operations
- Assist in managing corporate-wide learning and development initiatives
- Work closely with line management sub-contractors and external consultants/vendors to ensure the smooth implementation of training interventions
- Participate in projects and assignments when required
