ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
- Lead a team of technicians in the semiconductor manufacturing process ensuring smooth and efficient production
- Oversee all aspects of semiconductor manufacturing operations including fabrication testing and quality control
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure strict compliance with quality standards and regulations conducting regular audits to uphold the highest standards of product quality and reliability
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team fostering their professional development and ensuring a high level of expertise within the department
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and implement process improvements and best practices
QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or a related field
- Proficiency in semiconductor equipment operation and maintenance
- Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in semiconductor processes
