Inside Ideas Group has an opening for anExecutive Producerto join our team. This is a pivotal role within ouragencyandwill ensure the smooth creation ofgreat work.
The Executive Producer is responsible forleadingour production pipeline from concept to teamsbudgetsand timelines across video content or digital productions. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in creative environments and knows how to get things done at scalewithoutcompromising onquality.
Our ideal candidate is great with creative and account teams alike and is hardworking and passionate about creative production. They enjoy working in a fast-paced environment as part of a team and have a proven track record of producing multiple complex projects. They have meticulous attention to detail excellent communication and organizational skills understand the importance of maintaining a courteous and positive attitude along the way.
What you will be doing:
- Lead and manage the production team and its operations
- Own and oversee the end-to-end production process across multiple projects
- Collaborate withinternalteams directors and clients to bring ideas to life
- Manage budgets schedules and deliverables to ensure smooth execution
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors
- Produce and manage a variety of photography and video shoots
- Manageandoptimizepost-production processesfor motion and stills
- Work with brand partners to discuss project briefs and advise on best production approach to reach their goals
- Create and manage all production budgets and timelines
- Have an understanding ofunion (SAG) and non-union talent best practices
- Ability to direct business affairs during talent negotiations and contract execution
- Managerelationships withexternal production vendors and internal resources (editors motion graphics team re-touchers)
- Overseethe production bidding process including requesting/negotiating bids from vendors and presenting that information to brand for approval
- Maintain departments documentation as up to date as possible
- Ensure projects follow the agency process and are completed on time and on budget
- Manage production finances including project budget reconciliation vendor invoicing and reporting
What you need to be great in this role:
- Proven experience (5 years) as an Executive Producer or Senior Producerin an agency
- Strong background in video film or digital content production
- Exceptional project management and leadership skills
- Creative vision paired with financial and logistical oversight
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
- Portfolio ofpreviouswork including video and stills
- Knowledge of all thelogisticsinvolved in photo and digital/social video production
- Ability to find cost efficientproduction solutions
- Have a network of production resources locally and beyond
- Ability to liaise with clients todeterminecampaign scope estimates and schedules
- Ability to thinkand work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skillsand attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A fast learnergo-getterand problem solver who offers help whenever possible
- Ability to travel for shoots
- Familiaritywith various social & digital photo & video formats and best in class practices for digital/social
- At the time of thisposting the base salary for this position may range from$127500.00 USDto$142500.00 USD.Individual compensation varies based onjob relatedfactors including location business needs level of responsibility experience and qualifications.
