Job Summary

Renwood Golf Course is looking for friendly dependable individuals to join our clubhouse team for the golf season! This is a great opportunity to work in a team-oriented environment where youll serve guests both indoors and occasionally outdoors on the course. Whether youre behind the bar at the counter or rolling on the beverage cart your role is all about creating a welcoming and efficient guest experience.

What Youll Do:

Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks with professionalism and care
Take and fulfill food orders from guests
Handle payments and operate a register with accuracy
Maintain clean stocked and organized bar and service areas
Ensure compliance with safety sanitation and liquor laws
Assist with light food preparation using the grill
Provide friendly attentive service to all patrons

What Were Looking For:

Must be 21 with a high school diploma or equivalent
Current BASSET training or the ability to obtain within 30 days of hire (Beverage Alcohol Sellers and Servers Education)
1 year experience in bartending or food service preferred
Reliable team-oriented and customer-focused
Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Valid Illinois Drivers License
Golf course experience is a plus
