Job Summary

Responsibilities
To liaise with Chief Instructors and the SMQ Training Officer (SMQTO) to schedule and deliver the SMQ training courses.
To supervise and manage the SMQ trainees delivering classroom and platform training as detailed.
To supervise and manage course assessments and mark exams based on current ASpec and AStrat.
To inform Chief Instructor/PDOs of trainee failures and highlight any concerns for a trainee who is struggling either academically or personally.
Acting as an SME support ongoing review and maintenance of courseware as instructed by the Chief Instructor.
Act as Divisional Senior Rate and 1RO to SMQ staff subordinate to them.
Act as Duty Instructor providing Welfare and Duty of Care to SMQ trainees outside of the scheduled working day iaw the Duty Instructor Watchbill.
