What youll be doing
The Process & Change Management group for Retail Operations is accountable for the overall change approach roadmaps and implementations of both internal and partner led initiatives. This role will support the Retail Account Services portfolio. The Business Specialist is accountable for providing business identification and consultative support relative to the development analysis and identification of process changes. The incumbent will proactively analyze and recommend enhancements to the existing business processes; clearly communicate rationale and negotiate solutions which will enhance operational effectiveness and the client experience.

How youll succeed
- Analyzing Business Requirements - Research and analyze specialized information and recommend solutions to issues and problems that arise during the ongoing operation of business
- Improving Process Efficiency - Identify develop and implement routine operational process enhancements to increase the efficiency of the department
- Provide Process Consultation - Assess the impact effectiveness and feasibility of proposed change decisions and present recommendations to Senior Management to provide a perspective on the impact of change on the business
- Create Presentations to Share Information - Prepare and present reports to Management to keep them informed of the status of the projects communicate upcoming changes and/or present recommendations
- Time Management and Accountability - Ability to meet very tight deadlines through effective prioritization. Ability to work independently with little direction in a fast paced high pressure environment.
