Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to clients in community and vocational settings

• Assist individuals in developing daily living and social skills

• Help implement individualized goals and support plans (IPP)

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients families and community members

• Support participation in integrated employment and community activities

• Create and adapt individualized support materials as needed

• Attend and contribute to IPP meetings

• Provide same-day shift coverage as needed (Super Sub role)

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required

• At least 1 year of experience in social services education or working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred

• Valid drivers license with a minimum of 3 years of driving experience

• Reliable personal vehicle for work-related transportation
