About the Role
As a Test Analyst you will play a key role inensuring the quality and reliability of business-critical applicationscontributing to both test design and execution within structured projectenvironments.
Key Responsibilities
Test Design &Planning
- Contribute to the design of test strategies and test cases
- Ensure alignment with project standards and deliverables
- Define document and prioritize test scenarios and schedules
Test Execution & Reporting
- Execute functional and business tests
- Record and manage test results in dedicated tools
- Provide key input for Go/No-Go decisions
- Report risks related to delivery timelines and quality
Defect Management
- Identify log and track defects and anomalies
- Support prioritization and resolution processes
- Participate in validation and final reporting
Collaboration &Governance
- Work closely with Test Leads Business Analysts and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with testing standards and methodologies (ISTQB)
- Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies (ISTQB)
- Experience in software testing (minimum 3 years)
- Ability to create and manage test plans and schedules
- Familiarity with test management tools (e.g. Octane plus)
- Knowledge of SQL APIs SAS or Control-M (nice to have)
- Understanding of banking or insurance systems (preferred)
