Whatyoulldo
Lead and support the Self Pay team ensuring billing credits and collections activity meets KPIs and compliancestandards.
Overseeaccuratebilling and account maintenance resolvingissuesand monitoring exception reports.
Produce daily and weekly reporting on volumes values claimscallsand performance trends.
Review processesidentifyrootcausesand support continuous improvements across the department.
Build strong relationships across financeoperationsand clinical teams to support collaborativeworking.
Whatyoullbring
Experience working in a largeorganisationand understanding of how teams connect and support each other.
Experience working within Revenuw Cycle
Leadership experience within financerevenueor customerfocused environments with evidence of progression.
Confidence presenting financial information in a clear and accessible way to nonfinance colleagues.
Strong analytical skills and confidence using systemsspreadsheetsand databases with high accuracy.
A proactive and collaborative approach withstrong communicationskills and the ability to build positive relationships.
