Revenue Team Leader Self Pay

Location:Prestatyn North Wales

Full time 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday

(Hybrid workingis availablewith a minimum requirement of four days in the office.)

Whatyoulldo

  • Lead and support the Self Pay team ensuring billing credits and collections activity meets KPIs and compliancestandards.

  • Overseeaccuratebilling and account maintenance resolvingissuesand monitoring exception reports.

  • Produce daily and weekly reporting on volumes values claimscallsand performance trends.

  • Review processesidentifyrootcausesand support continuous improvements across the department.

  • Build strong relationships across financeoperationsand clinical teams to support collaborativeworking.

Whatyoullbring

  • Experience working in a largeorganisationand understanding of how teams connect and support each other.

  • Experience working within Revenuw Cycle

  • Leadership experience within financerevenueor customerfocused environments with evidence of progression.

  • Confidence presenting financial information in a clear and accessible way to nonfinance colleagues.

  • Strong analytical skills and confidence using systemsspreadsheetsand databases with high accuracy.

  • A proactive and collaborative approach withstrong communicationskills and the ability to build positive relationships.
