As aSoftware Engineer 4 you will help implement complex and innovative solutions and coach more junior engineers as wemaintainand evolve our industry-leading application security platform. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership to the engineering team using best practices for SaaS and related technologies.
- Collaborate with cross functional members to design and deliver innovative and complex technical solution thatbenefitour customers.
- Optimizesystem performance.
- Help define development guidelines.
- Mentor the other team members provide coaching and technical training where needed.
- Keep abreast of industry best practicessuccessand failures and help the team adopt the right practices.
Key Qualifications:
- 8yearsofexperience developing large enterprise applications usingmicroservices architecture and container orchestration technologies running on Kubernetes and/or cloud technologies.
- Proventrack recordof successfully leading cross-functional innovative projects
- Expertiseinfull-stackdevelopmentusingGolang andReactrequired
- Expertisein some SQL variant (Postgres preferred)
- Solid experience in systems design including experience with scalable architecture performance optimization
- SolidunderstandingofAgile methodologies and DevOpspractices
- Solidproblem-solvingabilities
- Ability to think strategically
- Solidleadershipskills
- Excellentcommunicationskills (in-person and remote)
- Nice tohave:experiencedevelopinginTypeScriptPerl orexperience withGithubActions (GHA)
