Job Description
Responsibilities:
As a valuable member of the Food & Beverage team you will be responsible for the delivery of championship customer service to fans during various events at our venues.
Deliver responsible and friendly beverage service to fan.
Strictly ensure responsible alcohol service using Smart Serve principles.
Ensure AGCO and MLSE policies & regulations are followed.
Provide friendly and informed response to inquiries.
Monitor and accurately control inventory.
Act as an ambassador to MLSE and our community.
Adhere to all MLSE service standards and policies including Health & Safety.
Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
Perform other administrative or service functions as the need arises.
Note: Beer Vendors meet the fan where they are providing a mobile opportunity to purchase beverages during games and events whereas a Kiosk Server is stationed at a kiosk during their shift.
Qualifications:
Note: Before reviewing the qualifications listed below we want you to know that we understand you may not meet all the qualifications described and have other relevant expertise and experience.
Must have a valid Smart Serve certification.
Must be able to work evenings weekends and holidays as the need arises.
Previous experience in high volume beverage service is an asset.
Willing and able to serve alcohol responsibly.
You will be required to handle and serve alcohol
Comfortable refusing service to fans if necessary
Must be able to bend crouch and have the ability to lift/carry 35lbs.
Carrying cases of beer and food products.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to pay close attention to detail & calculate order totals manually.
Passionate and committed to providing exceptional customer service.
