Job Summary
LPN Positions - 8hr shifts - REQUIRED 2 weekends a month minimum. Provide care in a group home setting with a maximum of 3 individuals. Conduct a face-to-face evaluation of individuals daily. Administer medications provide treatments according to physicians orders Charting. Communicate with RN. Duties also includes providing oversight of the PSA tasks and offer assistance as needed.
Pay is $23 an hour paid weekly and not held!
Qualifications :
CPR
Physical & TB
Valid Licensed LPN
Background check required
Additional Information :
- High School Diploma or GED
- Tuberculosis Screening Test Results (Self Paid)
- Physical (Self Paid)
- CPR/First Aid
- at least 1 year experience with developmentally disabled
- Recent 7-year Motor Vehicle Report copy if hired (DMV)
