Responsibilities
As a Performance Improvement Coordinator you are a driving force behind continuous improvement and operational excellence. You lead the application of Lean methodologies coaching leaders and front-line staff to solve complex challenges and improve patient care. Through data analysis project management and cross-functional collaboration you support quality regulatory and organizational goals while advancing toward CMS 5-star performance. You foster a culture of accountability and innovation by guiding improvement initiatives implementing evidence-based practices and delivering education that creates measurable sustainable results across the organization.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelors Degree in a Healthcare related field required
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred
Experience
- 3 years of experience in Healthcare Quality Improvement or related field required
- Experience with regulatory bodies and requirements that impact performance implementation (e.g. TJC CDPH CMS) required
