Job Summary
Star Physical Therapy Services is seeking a Physical Therapist - Clinic Director to lead our outpatient clinic and help shape the future of patient care. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated clinician who enjoys mentoring others building strong patient relationships and contributing to a positive collaborative team culture.
Qualifications :
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Texas Physical Therapist license
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred including therapeutic exercise manual therapy and sports rehabilitation
- CPR certification
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with patientsk staff and healthcare professionals
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to support clinic operations
- Interest in clinic growth and community engagement (marketing experience is a plus)
- A self-starter with a leadership mindset and passion for professional growth
- A genuine commitment to compassionate patient-centered care
Additional Information :
We offer:
Salary: $85000 $92000 (includes a $5000 sign-on bonus)
