Job Summary
- Provide a friendly helpful and confidential service to all callers visitors and internal colleagues.
- Manage all filing and archiving in an organised and controlled manner including retrieval of archived documents.
- Scan and link Data Packages into eLIMSBPT accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare visitor badges maintain visitor logs and ensure visitors are welcomed professionally.
- Keep the reception area neat tidy and secure at all times.
- Organise refreshments for visitors and meetings when required.
- Manage incoming and outgoing post daily including sorting to hot files and preparing mail for dispatch.
Qualifications :
- Excellent communication skills both internally and externally.
- Leaving Certificate qualification required.
- High accuracy and strong attention to detail with a typing speed of at least 55 wpm.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Strong organisational and planning abilities.
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and take ownership of assigned work.
- Discretion confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
