Leading Role:
Provide strategic support to the Group Leader contributing to key initiatives and decision-making.
Propose comprehensive execution plans for projects / task and identifying challenges.
Drive the execution of assigned project/tasks ensuring timely completion and reporting.
Analyze data to establish and implement systematic procedures for routine tasks driving continuous process enhancements optimizing efficiency and ensuring consistent performance.
Mentor and support other team members by fostering a collaborative growth-oriented environment to enhance team capabilities.

Functional Role:
Product engineering support for series business to worldwide plants and for global sales.
Creation and maintenance (ECR) of engineering documents like BOM and material master in SAP.
Design and development of new components for hydraulic products and solutions.
Perform engineering calculations tolerance analysis Design FMEA etc.
Generate ideas and implement product and process cost reduction topics.

Qualifications :

B.E. / M. Tech in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering with 4 to 10 years (at least 4-6 yrs relevant industry experience in hydraulics component design)

Must have:

• Knowledge of Hydraulic valves components and circuits
• Experience in design of hydraulic components / parts
• Experience of development project and process
• Knowledge of FMEA tolerance stack-up analysis GD & T.
• Knowledge of general manufacturing production and assembly processes.
• Good English communication and collaboration skills
• Software expertise: CREO & PDM Modelling and drawing for machined and casting parts assembly of hydraulic valves

Will be considered as advantage having exposure of:

• Structural FEM and CFD knowledge
• SAP knowledge.
• Casting design.
