Job Summary
Manages supply chain activities for KVI RG projects worldwide being the reference point for project team:
- Aligning our customer contract requirements with suppliers contract requirements minimizing contractual risk
- Managing contracts with suppliers from PO placement till contractual completion coordinating purchasing quality & expediting and logistics for all orders
- Reporting progress issues risks and opportunities linked to supply chain to both the Project Director and the line management. Responsible for budget quality and on time delivery.
- Coordinating with engineering construction and other internal stakeholders for on time PO placement and deliveries
- Providing feedback to internal stakeholders on supplier performance and possible improvements
Qualifications :
- 5 years experience in power o&g chemical or related industry
- Procurement experience with suppliers for system and components
- Experience in project management for medium or small size projects
- Experience working with IFS or equivalent ERP system
- Good knowledge of English other languages an advantage
