Job Summary
We are seeking a Biomolecule Production Scientist to support mammalian cell culture transient transfection and protein production workflows directly on a client site. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in biochemistry or a related field who thrives in a collaborative fast-paced laboratory environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain mammalian cell lines using aseptic technique and ensure consistent supply for twice-weekly transient transfection processes.
- Perform transient transfections and purify antibodies/proteins using automated equipment under supervision.
- Assist with molecular biology tasks such as cloning and plasmid preparation after training.
- Accurately document experimental procedures and results in client-provided Electronic Lab Notebooks (ELNs).
- Analyze and summarize data upon training and contribute to troubleshooting and continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications :
- B.S. in Biochemistry or a related field.
- 02 years of relevant laboratory experience.
- Proficiency in aseptic technique and mammalian cell culture.
- Basic understanding of molecular biology techniques.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

The position is Full Time Monday through Friday 8am-5pm with overtime as needed. Candidates living within a commutable distance of Cambridge MA are encouraged to apply.
