Job Summary

  • Coordinate on boarding and off boarding processes;
  • Ensure employee information is accurate and updated at all time;
  • Prepare correspondences e.g. Visa bank contracts etc;
  • Accurate filling both hard and electronic copies of all HR data including staff records;
  • Maintain and update all HR related reports e.g. leave payroll trackers staff statistics etc;
  • Support the coordination of staff trainings and performance management sessions/processes.
  • Support Implementation of assigned projects and initiatives
  • Provide clerical support by attending departmental meetings preparing agenda minutes and following up on the agreed action points;
  • Ensure that all vendor payments are done on time i.e. Background check Medical Group Life insurance etc;
  • Attend to staff matters and general queries and escalate when required;
  • Perform any other duty as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications :

  • University degree in Human Resources Management/Psychology/Public Administration and/or any other related fields;
  • A minimum of 6 months working experience;
  • Knowledge of Tanzania Labour Laws;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
  • Good problem solving skills;
  • Be a Tanzanian citizen.
