Job Summary
- Prepare and present breakfast dishes to the highest standard including hot and cold items pastries baps and Grab & Go options
- Manage section mise en place and ensure all ingredients are fresh labelled and stored correctly
- Maintain the highest levels of food hygiene kitchen safety and presentation standards
- Assist in menu planning contributing creative ideas and seasonal inspiration
- Monitor stock levels and collaborate with suppliers for timely deliveries
- Lead train and mentor junior kitchen staff during breakfast service
- Ensure smooth service and coordination with front-of-house teams
Please note that we believe in flexibility and multi-skilling and you may be asked to do different tasks from time to time to enable us to meet the needs of our guests and colleagues.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef in a 4/5-star hotel or luxury property
- Strong knowledge of high-quality ingredients and modern breakfast techniques
- Ability to produce consistently excellent dishes under pressure
- Familiarity with HACCP food hygiene and health & safety standards
- Excellent organisational communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for creativity presentation and delivering luxury guest experiences
