Position Overview

Saint Leo the Great Catholic School is seeking enthusiastic faith-filled individuals to join our Extended Day Team for the school year.

This role is about more than supervisionit is about building relationships modeling Christian care and supporting students beyond the classroom in a meaningful way.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive supervision and ensure the safety and well-being of all students
• Foster a positive respectful and caring environment rooted in Christian values
• Engage students in a balanced schedule of active play quiet time and structured activities
• Maintain a clean safe and organized environment
• Build positive relationships with students families and staff
• Follow diocesan policies and all health safety and emergency procedures
• Support program structure routines and expectations
• Model respect kindness and responsibility in all interactions

Qualifications

Required:

• Alignment with the mission of Catholic education
• Experience working with children (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable responsible and team-oriented

Preferred:

• Experience in childcare education or youth programs
• Practicing Catholic (or strong support of Catholic mission)
