Position: Multilingual Prompt Designer
Type: Contract
Compensation: $25$30/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: 2 months
Commitment: 20 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

Author French/English promptgolden answer pairs to train and evaluate advanced language models.
Create detailed prompts in French and/or English with constraints and instructions for real-world relevance.
Define and document evaluation standards for French consumer contexts developing rubrics for linguistic nuance.
Run prompts through models assessing outputs for accuracy fluency and cultural fit in French.
Collaborate in QA review processes to ensure consistency and reliability across French-language benchmarks.
Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while contributing to a high-impact AI research project.

Qualifications

Must-Have

Native-level fluency in French (written) with strong reading/writing ability in English.
BS or BA from a reputable institution (completed or in progress).
Strong writing and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with ChatGPT or similar tools for personal decision-making.
Based in France or able to produce France-specific culturally accurate French.

Preferred

Experience in teaching research editing or academic writing.
Experience creating evaluation criteria rubrics or grading guidelines.
Familiarity with LLMs prompting or model evaluation.

Complete a 45-minute written assessment focused on writing and rubric creation.
