We are seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Senior Director and staff across the APAC and EMEA regions. This is aUK-based remote*rolewith occasional international travel to support team events.
What You Will Do:
Provide cross-businessadministrative supporttoaninternationalteam of leaders across the EMEA and APAC regions.
Collaborate with the department admins (bothUS and International) to develop an efficient team for immediate and daily tasks.
Manage executive calendars/schedules and provide advance notice on important meetings to supportappropriate preparation.
Screen and field incoming scheduling requests and effectively manage incoming and outgoing communications in an efficient and confidential manner.
Providetimelyresponses as well as direct items toappropriate individualsfor action and/or informational purposes for the programs senior leadership.
Formatting of presentations and materials for various reviews; Create Word Excel and PowerPoint documents asrequired.
Plan and arrange domestic and international travel and processing andsubmittingexpense reportsin a timely manner.
Organisemeetings prepare agendas and record detailed meeting minutes.
Track and follow up on approvals documentation and action items to ensuretimelycompletion.
Support the planning and execution of employee events meetings and engagement initiatives.
Serve asa central pointof coordination acrossteamto enhance efficiency and organisational effectiveness.
Build a broad and deep network of relationships across various RTX functions organisations and sites that enable rapid problem resolution (domestic and international).
Perform otheradditionaladministrative initiatives and projects asrequired.
Qualifications and Experience We Prefer:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative and rapid problem resolution abilities.
High level of professionalism and the strictest level of confidentiality.
Anticipating and preparing for critical needs of the business and the Leadership team.
Keen ability to improvise improve processes and meet demanding deadlines.
Act as aliaison between all departments to ensure proper communications and reporting practices.
Consistentlydemonstratesgood judgement and prioritisation for critical meetings personnelneedsand coordination to meet all goals.
Demonstrate ability to exercise independent judgement and assume responsibility for decisions to ensure smooth workload and operational efficiencies.
Problem solving skills for managing complex time critical and often time sensitive issues.
