Aldwark Manor Estate is a privately owned Hotel with Golf nestled in a picturesque village between York and Harrogate. Set in 200 acres of beautiful countryside this luxury Hotel provides a complete escape for both business and leisure guests and is a popular venue for weddings.
In recent years the hotel has undergone significant investment and renovation transforming the bedrooms restaurant residents lounge sports bar and all public areas to deliver a refined and contemporary guest experience.
December marked the completion and opening of the new Salus Spa facilities further enhancing the estates luxury leisure offering. The next phase of development will see the addition of new bedrooms expanded event spaces and additional treatment rooms all scheduled to open later this year.

Main purpose of the role:
As Senior Breakfast Chef / Junior Sous Chef you will be have responsibility for serving breakfast (à La Carte) to our current 60 bedroom Hotel. We will be expanding our number of rooms to 77 in Summer 2026. You would also support with the following during the shift putting away deliveries preparation for and lunches as required. You would be expected to follow the polices & procedures laid down by management.
You must be reliable & work well under pressure. The main purpose of the role is to manage the quality and food production of all catering lead and inspire the team to deliver the highest standards and ensure legislative requirements are met.
