The Role:

TheHead of Sales EMEAisanew role and asenior positionreportingdirectlyto the SVP EMEAto deliver market expansion and revenue growth

We are seekinga provenleaderwhowilldevelop and deliver on a strategy of sustained revenue EMEA sales team has a presence in the UK FranceSpainand Italy with plans to open new marketsacross the region. You will lead these teams indeliveringthe growth strategy ensureitadapts to each markets needs and developa positive cultureof high performance and collaboration

Success in this role requires the ability tooperateata variety oflevels fromC-Suite to Individual Contributorinfluencecomplex stakeholder groupsboth externally and internally anddrivelongtermsustainable revenuegrowth

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the SVP EMEA onbuilding tangibleobjectivesand operational effectivenessto delivera strategythatexceedsrevenue goals

  • Buildstrong relationshipsinternally andwithagencies clientsand partners that allow you toidentifyandcapitaliseon opportunities for growth

  • Lead and motivate a diverse multinational team

  • Develop training programs thatbuildskills and deepen product and market knowledge

  • Be able to effectively communicate ZetaGlobalstechnology andvalue proposition

  • Be highly visible and proactive inthe industryand within the Zetaorganisation

  • Analysemarkettrendsin order toidentifynew revenue opportunities

Requirements

  • Possesses15 years of progressive leadership experience leading high-performing multi-territory sales organisations across global markets

  • Demonstratesdeep commercial experience within the UK market particularly in London where many strategic clients and agency partners are based

  • Brings comprehensive EMEAexpertisewith a strong understanding of individual market dynamics regulatory differences and client behaviour across the region

  • Global operatingexperience withthe ability to tailor go-to-market strategies to diverse cultural and commercial environments

  • Holds extensive knowledge of AdTech andMarTechecosystems including data-driven customer engagement programmatic marketing and AI-powered personalisation platforms

  • Has a consistent record of exceeding revenue growth and retention targetsdemonstratingcommercial rigor and strategic foresight

  • Exhibitsinclusive leadership and team-building excellence fostering a performance-driven culture grounded in clarity accountability and collaboration

  • Provides 360 management experience - from strategic goal setting and reporting to performance appraisal and operational governance

  • Proven success in scaling sales organisations rapidly evolving from startup structures to complex multi-market operations within acceleratedtimeframes
