Job Description

Híbrido: Esta posição exige que esteja presencialmente 3x na semana (terça a quinta) em São Caetano do Sul.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control daily bank balances and intraday cash flow ensuring proper funding across all accounts and entities in the region forecasting short-term liquidity needs and managing credit and operational limits by country and legal entity.

• Serve as the primary interface with banking partners resolving operational issues managing account openings and closings overseeing banking service points at manufacturing plants and contributing to banking relationships that support internal areas and day-to-day operations.

• Support the execution of daily treasury operations including payment processing bank transfers accounts payable workflows bank statement validation and reconciliation processes ensuring accuracy and proper transaction documentation.

• Prepare and submit regulatory reports to central banks and local authorities ensuring compliance with country-specific regulations while producing periodic operational reports and KPIs to support management decision-making.

• Assist with internal and external audits by providing accurate information and documentation related to treasury operations.

• Support the implementation of operational improvements including process automation workflow standardization and financial systems integration identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency reduce manual effort and strengthen internal controls across the region.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree (completed or in progress) in Business Administration Accounting Economics Finance or related fields.

• Proven experience in treasury operations cash management or banking operations.

• Intermediate/advanced Excel

• Intermediate to advanced English (required); Spanish is a strong plus.

• Strong communication organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with automation tools (Power BI Powerapps etc).

• Experience working within a regional treasury structure.

• Hands-on experience in automating operational processes in treasury or finance.

• Analytical proactive and results-oriented profile with a strong operational mindset.

• Ability to work under pressure and effectively manage multiple simultaneous demands across different time zones and stakeholders.
