Job Summary

ROLE OVERVIEW
The Investment Associate will support the evaluation and execution of investment opportunities across the renewable energy and infrastructure space.
This role involves end-to-end exposure across transactions including market analysis due diligence financial modelling and portfolio management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support evaluation of new investment opportunities including market research competitive analysis and initial underwriting

Conduct detailed due diligence across financial commercial and regulatory aspects

Build and maintain financial models to assess investment returns and project viability

Support transaction execution including coordination with internal stakeholders and external advisors

Assist in structuring and negotiating commercial agreements

Monitor portfolio performance and support ongoing analysis and reporting
REQUIREMENTS

34 years of experience in investment banking project finance or infrastructure investing

Strong financial modelling and valuation skills
-
Experience in M&A project finance or infrastructure transactions preferred

Strong analytical communication and stakeholder management skills

Interest in renewable energy and infrastructure sectors
