Greet guests in a timely manner
Provide guests with menus
Assign guests to tables
Ensure that dining and serving areas are clean and properly set-up
Receive and record guest reservations
Speak to guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service
Assist other staff as necessary to insure pleasant guest experience
Provide all guests with a copy of their receipt
Perform necessary side work and maintain a clean and orderly workspace
Follow departmental rules to ensure safety cleanliness and customer satisfaction
Always thank guests for their patronage and invite them back
Ensure bank is returned to the Cage
- Understand and utilize Infogenisis system

Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications- Ability to smile make eye contact and communicate easily with the public
- Ability to clearly communicate verbally and by telephone
- Positive attitude and ability to be courteous during demanding times
- Ability to communicate in a courteous manner by telephone
- Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Read write and communicate verbally in English
- High School diploma or equivalent
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Repetitive lifting of up to 15 lbs.
- Frequent walking
- Work area is subject to variable temperatures
- Work is performed in an area which may be unusually noisy and crowded
GUEST SERVICE (INTERNAL/EXTERNAL) STANDARDS: Employee is required to meet and deliver our core values service standards and family style service.
PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must have the ability to provide internal/ external guests with service excellence have excellent communication skills and observation skills and have an easygoing demeanor to ensure a fun and safe environment for our guests. Above average speech both speaking and reading/writing English. Need excellent interpersonal skills. Work requires schedule flexibility which may include days off nights weekends holidays and overtime as needed.
